Ah, that's brilliant, I was really hoping you'd have good news! Like you, I found the whole viewings phase traumatic, even though it was just one (very intense) day as it turned out. Hope all runs smoothly from now on. Even if it feels against your nature, as it is mine, keep pushing all parties for updates, reminding them you're still there. As a solicitor said to me about my ongoing purchase, the property world is so hectic at the moment, it's a case of who shouts loudest... Good luck!7

@HairyHandofDartmoor I think my home has lots of potential and is also in a lovely road. It has lots of natural light as south facing. All things that attracted me in the first place
@savingholmes you are exactly right. I feel relieved...
@Forging_Ahead you are right I am taking no chances this time. I will be chasing like mad and shouting when necessary. I can't control the outcome but will be doing everything I can to nurse this sale.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. A day spent with a friend. We went to an art exhibition and had a glass of wine in a pub. Art brilliant, wine average, company excellent. My friend booked the tickets ages ago. Just in time. It was nice to get something social in before lockdown.
Hope you all had a good day.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
