Thanks @moneyonmymindsam. Unfortunately I thought of this after purchasing a posh pair. I actually prefer the cheaper ones with the sheepskin insole and they are washable. The insoles were £12 but wash really well

A busy day spent gardening the front garden.  I kept going most of the day and the threatened rain did not arrive.  I broke the shredder! I cleared the whole front garden and cut the grass at the back.

All the slots are fully booked for the open house! Ten viewers are expected. I didn’t imagine there would be the same demand at this time of year. 

I cycled to take a bag of decluttering to the CS. I binned two large garden pots. The question I keep asking is, ‘Do I want to take it with me?’ It makes decluttering surprisingly easy. 

I’ve set my alarm so I can clean-up and get the kitchen and bathroom cleaned and get the house ready. I will be glad when the viewings are over…

Forging_Ahead

Back in June, I had 9 viewings booked in for the first full day my property was on the market, and by teatime I had an offer for the full asking price. I finally nursed that sale through to completion about three weeks ago. Now I'm buying a new house in a new town. It's a painful and frustrating process, especially with all the virus disruption, but I've got my fingers crossed for you and hope things run smoothly for you!
