Been to work to remove the last of the sticky from the 'castle' door and drop of syringes (new, sealed and without needles) and bandages for the 'vet' roleplay and some more cardboard boxes (junk modelling) and some other bits. Then I went to give my mum her first lesson sorting out her Excel addresses file.

    S&S kitchen before I went.

Recyling/compost bins out. Day late here, too.

How do people manage to do all this? I feel very useless as I didn't get half the stuff done, but I guess that's what flying is all about, I started.

We don't. We do some of it. But once you're in a routine you find you keep on top of it. Don't forget to enlist the help of all other household occupants.

Felt odd all day, no doubt dream put me off kilter but WM and DW ready to run.

    Good morning all
Back to work this morning. I know - Only 1 day then the weekend!

Yesterday disappeared in a sea of Christmas decorations and being a taxi service. So many decorations, lights etc to tidy up and pack away. Result - all done, AND back up in the loft once DH got back from work. I didn’t quite get to vacuuming up all the fake needles that are everywhere but attacked them with a broom minutes before a friend popped in for a cuppa.

A meal plan for most of the next week has been written but I need to do a freezer inventory at the weekend. The trouble is that it is so jam packed that even freezer Tetris will give me left over bits that strangely won’t go back where they came from. Ho hum.

Have a lovely day all. Keep dry - It’s tipping it down outside here and has been pretty much all night.

    Morning all

Friday... yay! Not quite sure how I will cope with five days of paid stuff next week LOL!

Well I had my hour (and a bit) with my book last night... finished it and moved on to the next one... supper was done and kitchen put to rights but no more flying.

This morning have emptied bins and DH put them out for collection.
    WM is on
Dailies started, will fold yesterday’s laundry before I start paid stuff in a few minutes.
Dry here at the moment, should head out for a walk at lunchtime to get some fresh air.

Have a good day, hugs, sticks and spoons available as needed x
  • Good morning, all,
Yesterday's list completed, including some downtime for me. Hugs for those that need it. I'm scowling at things, causing people grief.

    Friday Frenzies

    Level One
    N/A.

    Level Two
    wash curtains
    Wash window

    Level Three
Dust.. light shades, curtain poles, games consoles/PC's etc

    Extras
Wipe down the paintwork & radiators

I'm back to paid stuff next week (boo!), full five days. My flying will become restricted as a result, but I'm hoping I've got the foundations underway.

Valli just wanted to say thank you for your signature "Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY". Today I was re-winding my used dmc threads then I was about to put it down on the box where I got it from and you're signature kept shouting at me, so I promptly got all my colours out and put them back in their proper place. :A

Believe me - I still need to practice! Best bit is keys have a home - long gone are the days of missing car keys panic.
