I have too many charts to do, i'm working on a card for my friends birthday which is Tuesday, then its my mum's birthday so that's the rest of the month sorted. I still need to complete my blanket and do more on The Junction.

    Hi all,
I'm only just back on face-ache - had a few years off social media due to family stuff going on which wasn't great. Is there a Durene Jones page then and if so, can you point me in the right direction pretty please Flat Eric? Any other crafty pages I should look for?
DH has gone on a hike this weekend with friends. He left at lunchtime. I worked until 5pm then popped to Ts to get some veg - no queue, no masks (except me) and no one way system now. It's like nothing ever happened - weird.
In crafting news(!) I plan to do some more PL San Francisco tonight. I've been alternating between my crochet and my stitching this week. I find I get a bit of rsi doing crochet, so have to pace myself  ;)
See my mum tomorrow and we are having lunch at the craft centre where I take my makes to be framed. Might take the Christmas Pots with me and get it sorted.
    Have a good evening all,
    Coxy xx

I will be now Flat Eric, I’d not heard of it until you said! I’m going to start a card for my step son and future DIL. Thanks to nmm I have found a lovely selection of free charts on gathered.com. I am planning to also make either a set of Spring finger puppets in a little carrying roll for my granddaughter or a dressing-up dress and a couple of superhero capes for my grandson. I’ll also be stitching the sampler in front of the TV at every opportunity. Could be a little ambitious  :D

That's a good name for it Coxy.    The page is called Durene Jones Cross Stitch.  It's managed by Durene herself and is the one that was created on 7 Jan 2015 and has 35,253 liking it and 37,148 following. I can't work out how to share the page here.
(Usually) every Friday Durene posts a free chart and there should be a folder somewher eon the FB page with the previous designs.
I do follow Lucie Heaton on FB but that's about it.

Nmm that’s gorgeous. I’d be thrilled to have that cat come out of a box for me. The BABS  :D is well worth it. It really makes it look like an illustration. Sorry I appreciate it must be a pain!!

What  a fab stitch!  I love the before and after pictures.  They always look so different and the back stitch makes such a difference to the finished design.  I hate the backstitch on Margaret Sherry designs :|
