    Hi, MSE email showing decent enough deal on Vodafone BB, just in time as my existing contract is about to end.
    MSE email states £21 p/m for 35mb fibre with £75 Amazon voucher.
    Then adding it's not for existing BB or Mobile customers.
    I can understand no existing BB customers, but what has having a mobile contract (I have) got to do with BB?
    Is it an error or genuine that I can't get it?

    Unfortunately you don't qualify for that deal that was in the newsletter.

    I'm coming to the end of my BT contract on the 6th of November and also looking for a new deal.

    Stick around new deals popping up all the time.

    Thanks, I just can't see the relevance with having a Vodafone mobile contract, not allowing the offer on a Vodafone BB which I've never had.

    I'll keep looking.

    My BB finishes 0n 20th Nov, so I've got a week or so to go yet according to Plusnet CS that says change over to new supplier will take about 10 working days.

    It does not finish but moves to a rolling 30 day contract .
  • I'm new to Vodafone and I tried to get this offer before it expired last night. I clicked on the link in the checker, immediately received an email about the voucher and followed the link to buy BB but couldn't get the purchase to complete on the Vodafone website. Kept getting an error message which sounded temporary so I kept trying but couldnt get it to work.
