1. WRITE AND USE “TO DO LISTS” - MINIMUM 30 MINUTE BURSTS OF ACTIVITY AT LEAST TWICE EVERY DAY2. KITCHEN WILL BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT3. I WILL ENDEAVOUR TO BE NICE TO EVERYONE & TRY TO SEE THE FUNNY OR PECULIAR SIDE TO AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
4. DAY TO DAY DECLUTTERING WILL CONTINUE
Friday was a mainly dry day but windy & chilly. TV, AB2, knitting - 2nd baby blanket is nearly finished. Next round of knitting will probably be for local NICU - after a bit of investigating. DH & I used the last of the stale hm bread covered with hm soup. The last portion has been bagged & frozen. Made a large bolognese sauce, so we had some with pasta shells for dinner. I still have no GUAG 😞 so I need to look at & remind myself of my mantras - especially No.1 😉 Rather annoyed with myself that I had to compost half a tin of mouldy green lentils from the fridge 😖
Saturday has dawned bright & sunny but still no GUAG 😞 although I have watered the indoor plants 😆 I am not stressing TOO much 😉 - I just need to pick somewhere to start 😉 The other thing is that I am feeling antisocial - I am deliberately avoiding the Saturday coffee morning with the neighbours 😞 I need to give myself a severe talking to and/or a kick up the jacksie 😂 but currently can’t even summon up the energy for that 😞

Good news about the garden waste, nannywindow 🙂 but not so good news about the fish’n’chips 🙁 Your large tree trunks will make perfect bug residences 😉

295. Designed and delivered a webinar !! (pleased with myself as this is a new thing for me and it went well)
The changeover has made me realise I have a lot of more stuff that could be decluttered - rather than make decisions now, I'm going to put them in a box in the loft and decide when lockdown ends and charity shops reopen.

It's been a funny old week. Cold, wet and pretty miserable to be out in. The guy from Hermes and I were having a - socially distant - moan about it.
DH decided on Wednesday that he wanted a pond, to see if he could encourage wildlife. There is an area in our bottom field with a small stream running through it so he decided to dam it - someone has had the same idea in the past as there is a sluice and a round marking in the field. He built a dam using a huge log that was there anyway - and then he dropped his phone in the pond. That wrote off his old person Doro phone. I've persuaded him that he should be a proper grown up and move onto a smart phone, which should arrive from Amaz*n today. Thursday he went out - no phone, of course - and he fell in the pond. Didn't bother coming straight back so when he did come in he was full of mud and so was his hat - he wears one as he's going a bit thin on top and I don't want him getting a sunburnt scalp. It was all worth it though as on Friday when he took our lady gardener to show her his pond - there was a duck on it. So we decluttered lots of money on Wednesday - I also ordered a new fridge as now that we're vegans we have so much veg that needs keeping in the fridge - and we can only get out once a week, lockdown or no lockdown, to buy the vegetables - that it's full to overflowing.
I've been collecting all my peelings, ends of cabbages, cauliflowers, garlic skins, onion skins - well everything really - in the freezer and yesterday as the bag was full I put it in the slow cooker overnight with some water and have made 4 litres of a nice veggie stock.
A quick question here - is anyone making bread and struggling for yeast? I bought both brown and white bread flour and they each came with 200 g of dried yeast. If anyone would like some pm me and I'll put some in the post to you - just tell me how much you want - I have 400g.
Other than that not much decluttering here.
