Feather and Fan stitch looks lovely Mrs_Salad_Dodger. I've just been searching the internet for something I could use it in. But of course with all my web searches I end up going off on a tangent and found a lovely jumper I wanted to buy https://www.houseofbruar.com/cable-crew-sweater-natural-tt19413ecru/ (not yet though, bit more weight to lose). Then I found a horizontal cable cardigan I would love to knit - has anyone any ideas where I might find a similar pattern please? Although it seems pretty reasonable to buy here, not sure I could make it for any less. https://www.houseofireland.com/fisherman-out-or-ireland-horizontal-ribbed-cardigan-grey-sky.html?___store=ukOSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

I have used up a deodorant and a jar of face cream. I am down to 12 bottles of moisturiser now. Still far too many!
I have a warm jumper and I decided to let my dogs use it as a blanket as it is chilly and rainy here. I will bin it afterwards. I can't donate it as I had to cut the buttons off it so my dogs wouldn't chew them as they are a choking hazard.
I binned two pairs of slippers yesterday as they both had holes in the soles.12 -
Wort - thanks for the idea, however it is too wide AND I already have a smaller metal pail in the bathroom for cleaning things, bits of the hoover and one in the garden (to have holes drilled for planting). So it is the much largest of about 4 similar type things!I have a back up tin of pens/pencils etc and just been through it - 6 highlighter/large pens binned as not working. Also broke a mug the other day - will add total later this evening hopefully adding more.12

not much from me his week. A pillow that was going to be cut into cushions (but the one I did cut didn’t work and was way too much effort).
decluttered my work pc desk top and filed lots of work emails. Also filed and cleaned up my email account I rarely use. Need To do my regular email account.Still keeping the bedside table tidy and the chest of drawers too. Make up box is much nicer to use and easier as there is les choice and only the bit I like.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?12 -

Hello fellow declutters.Today I finally found something to get rid of........... Fanfare please ! Some metal tongs which had gone rusty and found at the back of the cutlery drawer and also a mug which split when filled with hot coffee
. DH made it and he was lucky he wasn't burnt. Also recycled some shower gel, which was more like water, and put the container into the recycling box. I added the shower gel to some bubble bath so as not to waste it. Other than day to day stuff that's it for now I'm afraid.
Happy decluttering everyone.nanFailure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently12 -
Decluttered the grate today. Tried to light a fire yesterday and it just didn't really come to anything but left a load of smoky smelling wood in the grate. Cleaned it all out today and won't bother again, its really not worth it at the moment.OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10
