We have an old fence panel which we need to break up and take down to the tip - after reseating the same panel after it kept coming out after a gust of wind, we finally had to bite the bullet and replace it, as it finally gave up the ghost.
My Yankee candles, I am going to try and use them up as they cost me so much money to buy, I'm not sure I could just give them away for nothing! I do have a few part used jars, so I can't really offload them ones.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090 -

Two targets set - double pleasure when you reach both :j What a great age :T have you looked into getting her 100th birthday card from the Queen - I believe you have to apply for it & I am not sure how long it takes

If they're things you love, you don't have to get rid of them, but think about why you bought them - they were to use, so use them! Start by getting out some of the part-used ones and putting them where you'll see them and use them. Light one tonight in the living room, maybe put one in the bathroom for when you're having a bath and get into the habit of lighting them.
You can then give away the empty jars!
Re. the fence panel - If you have a fire/stove, then break it up for kindling. If you don't, it might be worth offering it on FB or freegle/freecycle as kindling/firewood - someone might take it away for you!0 -
Hi All
I'd like to join in as well please. I have lots of sorting to do and loads of clutter. I think I'll go for 2020 things!

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery - I can't claim originality - side hustles was a phrase I picked up from one of the debt free diaries - I think it was @ohsithowdidthathappen's referring to her extra income jobs as side hustles to her main employment - but I think its key to have a clear goal and not confuse progress on the side hustles with that.I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Off to aa flying start. Today was our afternoon out and we took 3 carrier bags to a charity shop in Ore - plus a back cushion, shower curtain, shower cap and a bed table.
I'm also going for 5000 hours of fasting in 2020. Since 12th August - when I got the fasting app - I've fasted 1.9k hours and my average fast is 31.2 hours. I must do better - I don't want to go back to being a type 2 diabetic.Clutter free wannabee 2021 /52 bags to cs. /2021 'stuff' out of the placeYOU CANNOT BE ALL THE GOOD THAT THE WORLD NEEDS, BUT THE WORLD NEEDS ALL THE GOOD YOU CAN BEtaken from Shelbizleee on YouTube - her copyright0 -

Special thanks to Mrs SD :A
Take care all

Well, this thread has tempted me out of lurkerdom! Lovely to 'meet' everyone and read all the positive posts.
I'm going for 2020 in 2020. I will probably post about once a week. Have ended 2019 on an astonishing 3067 items out of the house, which was definitely made easier by retiring from teaching in July. Work were as pleased to have 450 plastic pockets and a working office chair as I was to take them in and I even managed to Freecycle my desk:).0 -
I've declared at 700 on the other thread :rotfl:
It appears that no laundry or washing up or rubbish disposal is to be undertaken tomorrow as it's unlucky!!‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.
