I’ve said it a couple of pages ago, I have 5. Might push for another 3 and see what happens? 😂BigBlueSky said:
I didn't know, but had assumed one. funkycredit mentioned that he held 3 'VM accounts' I was just checking he was referring to the current accounts and not different VM accounts.dcs34 said:
Why, how many do you think you can hold?BigBlueSky said:
You can hold 3 of the Virgin Money current accounts? - Each paying the 2% on £1,000 ?funkycredit said:
I hold 3 - and interest is paid on all 3 fine.Ghostcrawler said:does anyone know how many sole VM accounts you can have?

Does it run a hard check when you open another account?

I expect the 2% rate to drop before the end of the year.0 -
Since I opened the Virgin money account I have been unable to access it! Been on the phone a few times today and was first sent a link to the Virgin web site (which I had already been trying. Them they told me to add a couple of digits 10 in front of my customer number. This did progress me and I was able to set up a password. But on continuing to log in first it asked for letters for my password which were several letters longer than the password I had entered! Eventually I got as far as getting a pass code number. But still I cannot get into the account. And every time I have tried I need to enter my customer number, sort code, account number and debit card number! Now losing the will to live and all for £1.68 a month until that rate drops as well!0

This sounds as if you may have (had) an account or a credit card with Yorkshire Bank or Clydesdale Bank, or both. If you do (did), it wants you to use the password for that account/credit card when logging in. One or two other had this issue, too.fly-catchers said:Since I opened the Virgin money account I have been unable to access it! Never had an account with either of those banks. They did ask me when I first applied. Wish it was that easy! I did try the app as well but same issues. As it took over 30 minutes or more to actually get through to Virgin may just wait and see if its even worth the hassle for the meagre interest! Thanks for help.0

Indeed I do. I'm not risking going for any more though. I'm happy with my 3 and the 3 my wife has. It's better than nothing after all.BigBlueSky said:

All in we do quite well for an hour of transfers every month.2 -
All I'm getting when I try to withdraw my interest to my nominated non-Virgin account is this:
"Launching live chat
We’re opening live chat in a new window. If you don’t use internet banking for 5 minutes, you’ll be automatically logged out while you chat."
Tried five times, logging out and back in. I know the amounts are trivial (£3.28) but it annoys me! In desperation I join live chat and as expected they don't know what I'm on about.
Anyone else?0 -
Do you get this message when trying to withdraw on the app or website? I was able to withdraw on this app this morning without issue.schiff said:All I'm getting when I try to withdraw my interest to my nominated non-Virgin account is this:"Launching live chat
