I only mentioned it due to the dog lady's comments about the keepers anxiety and not wanting to go to court

It's either fight or pay , myself , coupon mad and others prefer that people fight , but there are some who cannot or won't face up to it , warts and all

I would fight tooth and nail , as would coupon mad , but the OP must decide which option they are taking , if it's fight then stop moaning about anxiety and court being horrible , stop the negativity and stop shooting the messenger too

I spent some considerable time re reading this thread yesterday , acquainting myself with all the issues , most of which were self inflicted by the keeper and by not following up on the BPA complaint etc , I identified where the failings lay and warned the OP not to complain about the ntk going to an old address due to the keeper breaking the law by not notifying the DVLA of the address change , thereby shooting themselves in the foot

Accept the truth and get things done , or this thread will be 50 pages long with no resolution
  • Nobody was "moaning" - it was merely mentioned, once, as a bit of background as to why perhaps somethings were being asked for clarification on, if the OP thought they were a bit vague. Don't think there is much need to blame the OP when they have simply followed advice from here (which up until now has been quite friendly) and following up on BPA complaint wasn't mentioned. You may think this is all common sense, but that's only because it's something you are very familiar with.
The advice will be followed, will update if/when anything changes/advances. Thanks everyone else for the help.
