...and do not imply who was driving. Tell them their DPO email is bouncing and you want a SAR, and attach your V5C to confirm your data and address. Tell them as well that no NTK was served due to an old address and so you are appealing as son as you were made aware of the PCN, as the signs at the site are abysmal, and you want a POPLA code. Thanks Coupon-mad; only problem is I haven't had the V5C back yet, will utility bills do? I will organize appeal then with a copy of the returned email to the DPO. The signs at the site are many and from different companies as well; there seems to be different areas in the same car park where different operators work, it's a mess!0 -
2 recent Utility bills are fine , redact the copies but leave your name , address and date intact
If necessary , post the SAR plus I D proof to the address on that page , plus complain about the email failure1 -

Email being constructed to request SAR - if the driver is not to be implicated is it wise to suggest that the signs at the site are terrible? Funny thing is the signs on site were changed yesterday, but the keeper has pictures of the previous washed out signs, and of them being changed, just in case!0
-
the keeper is sending a SAR as keeper of the vehicle for their own data, nothing to do with the vehicle or who was driving itthe keeper can obtain pictures and evidence any time they wish to1
-
The driver cannot be implicated unless someone is daft enough to tell the scammers the driver's identity.
If the signs were inadequate then of course that should be mentioned during the appeal. If the keeper was an occupant of the car or visited the site later and took pictures, then all the better.
The SAR is completely separate to the appeal, and both are completely separate to the complaints to the BPA.
A separate complaint should be made to the keeper's MP about this unregulated scam.

Ok only asking because Coupon-mad said to say in the SAR request about the signs being bad at the site, so shall that be kept separate and then mentioned at POPLA?
MP has been complained to as of last night and BPA complaint will also be sent this weekend.0
