You should complain to Gemma Dorans or Steve Clark, as shown in hundreds of threads that contain their mail addy.

No templates for complaints, for obvious reasons.  People MUST write their own.

A case going to small claims does NOT affect their credit rating even if lost, as the person would then pay about £175 or whatever the Judge ordered.  No CCJ, no effect.

What is most concerning is you mention an OLD address in play.  Now, that can lead to a secret CCJ as you could miss a claim form.  Has an email been sent to the PPC to tell them to ERASE it and rectify the address data immediately?  No template for that either - actually I detest templates...

No, its easy. My address for service is... and you must erase old address.... from your records immedaitely. Shoudl the old address be used for any further correspondence then this emai lwill be used to prove liabilty.
  • Ok, thanks for the help, it really is appreciated. The email to the DPO of the PPC will be sent this evening, the complaint will be written as soon as possible. The keeper will reference the previous attempt to complain along with a screenshot of the initial problem with UKPC appeal process. Anything else that should be included or things NOT to say?

there is a link to issuing a SAR, plus I have seen short templates although its only a few sentences so easily constructed yourself , stating that this is the keepers new and current address and the old address MUST be erased under the GDPR , atatch a copy of the amended V5C or 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof under GDPR

the keeper should plan on it going to court and act accordingly, but that has nothing to do with their credit file, as they would know if they spend ten minutes reading the newbies thread

if they lose in court , pay up , IN FULL , promptly, within 30 days , to avoid credit file issues

they are listening to the myth of the CCJ , it doesnt happen unless they fail to pay up promptly if they lose, effectively its contempt of court (not paying the judgment within 30 days)
  • Ah right, email has been sent just requesting they remove the old address and update it with the new one. The keeper has read the newbies section more than a few times in the last few months but it is a HUGE amount of information to attempt to retain and access to a computer is currently only during working hours. With regards to the question asked previously, is it worth the keeper now appealing as they have just received notification through the door at the new address? Or not to bother and just completely ignore appealing at all?

there is no reason they cannot appeal to UKPC as keeper at any time ,just expect a rejection
if the driver has been revealed, its not as good an appeal, but they can try, UKPC can only say no (which they will)
  • So the email from the keeper to the DPO at UKPC bounced back re: the change of address, will organise another email requesting this to be done but will just have to be to the main email address instead FAO of DPO...
The driver has not been named, the keeper is wondering as best to appeal as has technically only just had NTK? With SAR the information should show that the initial NTK was received late to the old address and therefore no keeper liability can be argued at POPLA?

Are you saying that the email at the bottom of this page https://www.ukparkingcontrol.com/privacy-policy/ is invalid and unusable even though they only updated that page 6 months ago ??

    Use the email:
    appealmoreinfo@ukparkingcontrol.com
...and do not imply who was driving.  Tell them their DPO email is bouncing and you want a SAR, and attach your V5C to confirm your data and address.  Tell them as well that no NTK was served due to an old address and so you are appealing as son as you were made aware of the PCN, as the signs at the site are abysmal, and you want a POPLA code.
