Help Much Appreciated - CCJ + 2 Claim forms with are past deadline but no judgement entered yet

😊- OK sorry my mistake! I will send two separate defences in separate emails with updated claim number in each the subject line.

As for the amount part in red on the defence template do i put the Total amount(£170) from the claim form or the Amount claimed(£245 Includes court fee and legal rep costs?

I deleted part 17 on the defence is this ok ?

Also this claim form contains our old address, should i just mention in the email this is my old address and provide with new one of course?

Last questions just to make sure before i send it, right now.

It is VITAL that you put that clearly in the defence at the start

 AND in the emails 

AND email the parking firm, using their privacy page contact email, separately, 

AND email the solicitor if they are using one, 

stating:

GDPR - ADDRESS DATA RECTIFICATION - the following address is old, out of date and not an address for service of any court papers, and must be erased by the court and the claimant and their agents: (old address) 

The correct address for service is:

(new address)

Then ring the CCBC two days later,  to make sure the Directions Questionnaire and later Allocation letters will come to the right address.

Also appendix C is missing is this ok?
It does not state any email in the claim form.
