Need advice to write my defense . I am planning to add this in the beginning and paste the remaining template . I feel that template covers every legal aspect . Do I need to add anything else ?0
-
Are you defending as keeper and not driver or keeper and driver? Your paragraph #2 needs to make it clear. You need to make more of the fact that you were authorised to park there in your paragraph #3. Your paragraph #4 needs to make it clear that the dentist practice required the PPC to cancel the PCN not just "raise it with them".3. The defendant had some work in the area and asked the Principal dentist/owner of Dental practice, an old known friend ,who allowed to park the car in dental surgery parking space on 19Th of May 2021 .
Maybe better as: -
3. The defendant had some work in the area and asked the Principal dentist/owner of the Dental practice, an old known friend, who if they would allow allowed the defendant to park the car in the dental surgery parking space on 19Th 19th of May 2021, to which the dentist/owner agreed. The defendant was therefore authorised to park there.2 -
Thanks a lot for your help and correction is made as suggested . As I never contacted the parking company direct do I need to do any other modification to the template? .1

Not sure what you mean by your question. The defence you will put in using the template plus your paragraphs 3 & 3 should suffice. What other parts of the template do you want to change and why?2

Thanks . Means no other changes are neede in the template . One more query is about the dentist witness statement ,do I need to add it now or later if the case proceeds ?Le_Kirk said:Not sure what you mean by your question. Evidence and exhibits comes later at the witness statement stage. Nothing accompanies the defence.
Use all of the template and show us only the parts you have modified which will normally be paras 2 and 3.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

No other changes required and, as @Fruitcake states, statement from dentist is for the WS stage but get it now and keep it safe!zamirkhan7861 said:

You have a good defence. They know that. The rest is smoke and mirrors to try to convince you to pay.
I would not ring them. The might even be ready to throw in the towel, if you do not respondThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.2
