That, then is a letter before claim.  I note you have asked for it to be put on hold due to submitting a SAR.  This is the wrong strategy;  whilst you deny the debt, you are seeking debt advice and you require it to be put on hold for 30 days in line with the pre-action protocol for debt claims.  All this is available to you in the NEWBIE sticky.

Thanks bto all of you for guiding me . yes i have asked gladstone for debt advice and also told them that i have asked the premier parking for SAR .

I actually copied that sentence from the forum and sent it to Gladstones  about asking for debt advice and informing SAR resquest . An automated reply was received but Gladstones never responded . 10 days have past now

Re SAR - check the details you can see. Scrutinise photos. This is, in theory,m the majority of their evidence

Hi . one more thing to ask that  if the company (the client of the parking company )is closed now permanently .Can they still pursue the pcn to court action ?
