The dentist said as he is not the owner of the land he can not do much . I asked him to give me written confirmation that I had his permission to park that day but he does not want to get involved in court matters and said he can share the amount to be paid . What are my options in this case . I never talked or wrote to company or gave them any confirmation that I agree to pay .0

I informed the owner but according to him he forgot to tell the issuing company . I received a letter in post around 5 months later from DCBL to pay 160 pounds . I called the owner agin and he talked to premier parking who said its beyond their control ,it belongs to DCBL so either pay 160 pounds to them or go to court .Now I received the claim form
So can you prove you had the owners permission in writing
Premier are talking tosh, the ticket belongs to them and they can cancel.
Is the dentist the owner ?
So you have a claims form from DCBL via Northampton .. YES
