Hi . one more thing to ask that  if the company (the client of the parking company )is closed now permanently .Can they still pursue the pcn to court action ?

Why not?  What counts is surely what pertained on the day.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I got a long reply from my MP asking me that he will be interested to know my views about curbing this issue of uncontrolled parking firms using predatory tactics . I had copied the sentences from the forum actually . should i personlize my case or leave it as a general  issue affecting all  ?

  • It was on 19Th of May I parked at a dental surgery with owners permission but got a screen ticket from premier parking logistics  . I informed the owner  but according to him he forgot to tell the issuing company .  I received a letter in post around 5 months  later from DCBL to pay 160 pounds . I called the owner agin and he talked to premier parking who said its beyond their control ,it belongs to DCBL so either pay 160 pounds to them or go to court .Now I received the claim form

    19th of May ... assume 2021

So can you prove you had the owners permission in writing
Premier are talking tosh, the ticket belongs to them and they can cancel.
Is the dentist the owner  ?

So you have a claims form from DCBL via Northampton .. YES

What is the date and please list what they claim.
