Standard debt collector letter if it only gives 14 days to respond/pay - deal with it as per the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, fourth post.A formal Letter of Claim (giving 30 days to respond/pay) may well be forthcoming in a few weeks time, then you'll need to be dealing with that as per the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post.
Time to acquaint yourself with the information available to you in the sticky. The better prepared you are, the better you will be able to deal with this.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. it says letter before claim gives 30 days to respond and either to pay the debt or dispute it through their reply form . otherwise according to pre action protocol they have been instructed by their client to commence legal action . What i have realised is Gladstone IAS and IPC all three are the same Entity0

On 29Th day of that 30 days period I asked them for SAR and put it on hold for 30 days . The company asked me for my Utility bill or Driving licence to issue it to me due to gdpr issues . I provided them with autility bill and They sent those documents to my email address0

on 30Th of March I received SAR response from premier parking logistics . Kindly advice me what should i do . Should i use reply form of Gladstone solicitors to dispute the debt ?
