We're back to where we were eighteen months ago savings wise, but to be expected. Am hoping DH will be able to find part time work in the new year once he's fully recovered.Spend less now, work less later.3

hi all, no. 10 here reporting £328.90 for November, bringing my total for the year so far to £10,780.43. Suspect I won't quite manage the target now with one month to go but happy to get close.2

Not a great month, initially £1,507.18 added to savings and additional SIPP contributions however I also had to take £529 out of my savings to pay for several vets excess fees and an expected bill. I am expecting£150 of that to be returned as I overpaid my vets. I know December will be expensive too (expensive dog trainer visit plus Christmas) it would have been even less saved but I used some of my birthday money to pay my annual building insurance. I do actually have a spare unaccounted for £400 odd but I’ll factor that in next month once I decide if I will buy anything with my birthday money or not.So November total stands at £978.183

Hi
#6 reporting in with saving of £1,926.77 in November, for an overall total for the year of £15,656.97/£15,000.
I’m over the moon to reach my target a month early. I have been extremely lucky to work from home since March, which has reduced some of my outgoings, and I used some other money to pay off my car loan 18 months early so I was also able to put that money towards savings. I will have a little less savings for December, and I already can’t wait to do this challenge again next year.
Form submitted.
Huge thanks to @slowlyfading for all you do on this thread.
