#53 and I have set my 2020 target at £5k. It seems enormous to me, but I will bite the bullet as, on paper, it should be doable. Starting the year with a total mortgage of just under £15k and the planned OP will kill off two (of four) sub-accounts.0

Sorry julicorn
Having rechecked my calculations, can you please amend my target to £807? (My target this year is essentially £426 + interest, which I won’t have an accurate figure for until 31/12/20 - I am trying to calculate my best estimate but every different method I use gives me a different answer! This one seems like a good average to use until I have a more accurate figure)

Can I please join this year? I'm not sure of my exact target as we are going for the maximum 10% each year but our mortgage year runs Nov to Nov so I'm not sure what my Dec 2020 payment will be. Let's go with a target of £14,000. I see line 50 is empty, I'm not sure how this works and if that is saved for someone but if not can I have it please as it's nice and easy to remember. If it's taken then assign me anythingMFW - OP 10% each year to clear mortgage in 10 years!

Happy New Year everyone. We decided to overpay £700 this month (our £200 normal overpayment and £500 from a savings account which had matured) so we're off to a good start for 2020.
Could I amend my overpayment total to £3000 for this year? We've now arranged our new fix rate so our normal payments have gone down by £67 per month. We'll be overpaying this of courseMortgage-free wannabe 2025 £571/30000 -
