Hi 135 here,
£42 over-payment made for June. I am still concentrating on clearing my 0% CC down. Once these have gone, I will add to the over-payment's.
Thanks

You spurred me on. I made a secure message enquiry to the BS re clearing our mortgage early and redemption penalties and admin fees, so I am certain what it would cost. No early redemption fee as I am on a very favourable base rate tracker (0.49% above BOEBR - so 0.59%). Just £95 Admin fee plus interest to the payment date. I will do this when our BS Bond matures in October I think. Happy days.Lomcevak said:

It looks like with those overpayments, you've actually hit your target for the year already - congratulations! Let me know if you want to amend your target, or if you'd rather leave it as is (with the extension and allWannabeSavy said:Hi #121,

#65 reporting in with a £9.99 o/p as I got a £10.00 payout from a survey site, and as it is free money, I might as well make a tiny o/p so my June o/p total stands at £90.09 now. If you could update me please julicorn. So hard not to make a bigger o/p but I really need to save hard for building works.4/10/25Three Years Mortgage Free Yay!

Have just been perusing the big MFW spreadsheet
Nearly halfway through the year and almost £half a million overpaid in total! 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻Haven’t we all done well, especially with all the craziness and uncertainty we’ve been living through over the last 3 months...
Massive thanks again to julicorn for keeping the spreadsheet updated 👏🏻🥂Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur5
