#21 here with a £1,250 payment made to the mortgage for July. After a few delays, the house renovation works have now started with the scaffolding going up this week. The next five months or so will be a bit of a juggle of mortgage overpayments and long-term saving versus spending on the house... Thanks,

No 70 reporting an OP of £261 for July which means I have hit my target for 2020. Please can I change my target to £10k? It is just above my planned OPs so a little extra to work towards. Thanks julicorn.

Morning! July o/p of £64.81 for #65 please Julicorn. Taking my mortgage down to a very neat and tidy £91,500 and next month I should be under £4.50 a day interest - yay!! Don' t think I can manage any more payments this month as any excess is still being poured into the renovations account. Thank you Julicorn.
