Hi (No 73) here
Final payment of £270 for the month (June total £300)
Take care and thanks x2 -
#87 popping in for an update. Although I hadn't planned on it I couldn't resist overpaying a bit this month. All my account tidy ups amounted to £34.36 taking my overpayments this year to £301.23/£2300 but more importantly, it will take me below £20,000. This is fab news.
On other fronts. My DB is now working again and does not need financial support. I have reset my financial targets tot ake into account my reduced income due to going part time. After everything my calculations take me to NO MORTGAGE as of 31st of March 2021. Yay

Hi all, sorry for the long absence, but I am now un-furloughed and we have made the OPs we'd continued to budget for as we're coming to the end of our mortgage holiday. So I can now report new overpayments of £245.40. Not a fortune, but hopefully it will go some way to balancing off the extra interest due to our mortgage holiday. That, and we've continued to pay the interest element of our mortgage, and tomorrow once the interest is applied I'll pay off the capital element too. So I'm really hoping the holiday doesn't massively change our usual monthly payment.
Thanks for the motivation everyone - hopefully I'll get to your level of OPs one day2 -
