This is certainly me - i have a very healthy EF but I've stored up my payment for the last 3 months 'just incase' and i hope to catch up again later in the year. Possibly going to be September as that will give me a feel for how my achievement against target is panning out.f0xh0les said:But the pre-Xmas flurry of huge o/ps for the year are sooooo exciting!I think some people are putting their o/p's into a 'holding account' this year in case they need to claw them back, so December is hopefully going to be a big fat bonus for the leaderboard.
Looking forward to a nice chunky payment - fingers crossed!

I feel like my overpayments are so small compared to everyone else's right now but it is satisfying seeing the mortgage total drop bit by bit.Original mortgage total: £140,000.00 (July 2015) Original mortgage end date: June 2040

But without those smaller overpayments, we wouldn't be at the figure we're at! It's great to see how overpayments add up, either over time or even across multiple peopleOhtobeMortgageFree said:#93 - overpaid another £10 this morning, taking me to £25 for the month now.
