    I think some people are putting their o/p's into a 'holding account' this year in case they need to claw them back, so December is hopefully going to be a big fat bonus for the leaderboard. 
    This is certainly me - i have a very healthy EF but I've stored up my payment for the last 3 months 'just incase' and i hope to catch up again later in the year. Possibly going to be September as that  will give me a feel for how my achievement against target is panning out. 
    Looking forward to a nice chunky payment - fingers crossed!

    Ooops I'm one of those around the forum but not posted here... sorry. :disappointed: Life has been rather all over the place for the last few months - sadly my Dad passed away in May (not covid related) and I've been finding things pretty hard. On the up side I now have a gorgeous few weeks old baby nephew who is bring a whole lot of joy to my family (even if his parents are now uttely sleep deprived :D )

    No. 12 reporting an overpayment of £1046.79 for July. It means I've made my £3k target, so please can I up it to £5000.

  • #93 - overpaid another £10 this morning, taking me to £25 for the month now.
    I feel like my overpayments are so small compared to everyone else's right now but it is satisfying seeing the mortgage total drop bit by bit.
    Original mortgage total: £140,000.00 (July 2015) Original mortgage end date: June 2040
    Mortgage free start date: 16th October 2018 Mortgage total at this point: £132,829.12
    Current mortgage total: £54,762.71 Current mortgage end date: June 2032 Daily interest: £7.59 > £2.64
