No Sir, I have only ever worked for Her Majesty.

Are these people solicitors, it looks as though they are acting as debt collectiors..

Has no-one noticed that the poster has hijacked this thread?

@Le_Klirk did at 10:04am - did you not notice?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

The Principal of Elms Legal (I think it might even be a one-man band) has some interesting connections.

It seems to be a bit of a thing in the private parking industry to have a doubled barreled name. Were they born with it or do they assume it?  Do they think that it gives them some respectability?

The principle of Elms sounds like something out of a Monty Python sketch.

There are no such requirements, there fore there can be no such visit.   Why not complain to the SRA and/or Cilecx

I know that but they may wish to investigate "passing off".  Not every post that I write is ill-considered, I am a staunch advocate of thinking outside the box.

Elms Legal are not SRA registered.
How can they be a law firm but not SRA registered?

And they also escape FCA registration (at the moment...).

Well that wasn't clear from your posting!  There's nothing in this thread to suggest the OP is a mind reader.

Are you sure the SRA or Cilecx (sic) are the relevant bodies?
