Did you ever receive letters from DRP or Zenith?
No, not as far as I am aware anyway.
What does that mean in terms of this?
These are debt collection agents that are engaged by Excel and VCS. There was evidence on their web page that they operated on a no collection, no fee basis even though Excel/VCS were adding on the charge for £60.00 as debt collection fees. DRP/Zenith have now removed this from their web page but several posters (including myself) have a copy of this if you should require it.

Madam Snake ..... these debt collectors are so stupid, they don't understand the power of the internet and a keyboard to save ..... the fact is that anyone with low intelligence can set up a website.
The likes of Excel and VCS will be in dire straights   and with the next 6 months looking bleak they could actually go bust.  SRS loves airports but in the grand scheme of things, all airlines will dictate what happens to him next .....  SRS is only small fry and he will have to bow down to what covid brings next
People are now being encouraged to carry on WFH so railway station car parks are going to be deserted as are city centres. The travel industry is on it's knees so less airport parking will be needed.

CoP will also affect them. Lets hope that it is robust enough. Excel and VCS not only treat motorists with contempt they are poor employers with very high staff turnovers. They deserve to go under.

I saw today that students may be required to stay in halls for the Christmas break. That could mean their post is at their home address which could lead to default CCJ's.

We have seem situations like this on this forum. So wrong that young people at the start of their working lives are tainted by a CCJ.

    Nolite te bast--des carborundorum.

Pic removed to save space and to hide the personal info as it is still shown above.  Have you accidentally posted on someone else's thread?  If so, you need to post on your own or, if you don't have one, start your own thread.  That way you will receive bespoke advice.  You will almost certainly have to contact a board guide (use the envelope symbol top right of forum) and ask them to delete your post.  Board guides are Savvy and Soolin.
