    The landowner could do so , same as on a farm , the landowner could prosecute trespassers in the correct Court

    But the parking company cannot do any of that , not allowed !!

    The parking company should be managing parking on private land which is subject to private parking contracts under the appropriate legislation and under civil laws

    Sorry guys, it was £200, no flipping justice in this world. The letter was written ambiguously, like I recommend, this is a pointless case to fight

    Well you do have an obvious appeal if you wish. If the judgement was for trespass but they're not the landholder,r the judge erred in law. A non land holder has zero standing for trespass.

    And the Beavis case is binding authority and states that ParkingEye could not have claimed under the tort of trespass.
