Hey Jacks, that sounds pretty good to me. I'd hate being the front girl, up there all exposed. That said, 19 year olds tend to have priorities other than work, especially when their friends are all off out on christmas pish ups :) So you'll probably get the gig anyway.

  • Nice one Jacks- the MC gig sounds loads more fun.

I've been thinking about your extra £250 per month... You mentioned that you'd sold some of your cars... does that mean you have space in your garage? (if you have a garage?) I only ask because my ex BF was obsessed with classic cars and owned about 6- and he used to rent garage space from people to protect his babies from the cold and rain  and he used to pay on average around £50ish per month. Alternatively, if you don't have a garage- do you have parking in your drive that's unused during the day? If you do and you live near a town you could rent out your parking space to people who work nearby? All you'd need to do would be undercut the main car parks and multistories- not hard in most towns! It might not add up to much but as Mr Tesco says... every little helps!

Well if I can do it heres a piccie of Jacks VERY spoiled cat Mulder - he eats PRAWNS! accompanied by his daddy, Mr Jacks!! Gorgeous! edited to say click on the ink & there they are! Still cant quite get the hang of that one jacks!! He looks a very happy moggy & no wonder with the food you feed him - my lot have not seen this piccie for fear of envy and associating that if they too got prawns they would look this happy!! Dont want to give them any ideas, although with their limited brain power not much danger of that!

PS I'll do a proper update tomorrow but I'm in the midst of combined postage calculations on eBay so I'd best concentrate on one thing at a time. :o

Um.. well I'm sure there's a proper technical explanation but it's basically looking at the notes on the page and knowing what that sounds like in your head so that you can just sing it without having to hear the music first.

I haven't done it for years, but it's probably like riding a bike huh?

My son's girlfriend can't do it all despite 4 or 5 years at music college training to be a singer. ( :D Is it wrong that knowing that I can kind of do it and she can't makes me do this:    :o:D )

    Cheers sweetie!

    Love Jacks xxx :D

Hi Jacks, it takes me forever to catch up on posts!! I think my mum can do that, but I just cant. I need to hear the music about 10 times before it sinks into my skull!!

Anyway, well done on your hostess with the mostest job. I think that sounds right up your street  xx
