Thank you both. I HAVE NEWS!The 2nd interview is next Weds. Apparently I’m the only candidate who they’re considering! 🙊
But something amazing happened today! I decided to do a post on LinkedIn asking my followers to help me find a suitable role - first time ever posting. 20 minutes later an agency who I’m really friendly with contacted me about a role. They put me forward for it. Interview was at 3:30pm. And by 4:15pm I’d been offered the job!! I couldn’t believe it!!
I start on Monday 🥳🥳🥳😃😃😃1 -

Thank you all ☺️ It’s a relief. One less thing to worry about!
I’ve just weighed myself and I’ve lost 12.5lbs in 3 weeks 😖 which really isn’t a healthy weightloss. I think they call it the heartbreak diet...0 -
Now that you are aware of it you can make an effort to make sure you have your 3 meals a day.*Dad loan - £5300 - £7000

You're right it's not a healthy weight loss at that rate. Please take care of yourself PB and try to eat healthily going forward.

Thanks guys. I’m eating a little bit better now. It’s still far from perfect but I think it’ll be a while before I can stomach 3 meals a day. Maybe being back in an office all day will help?
I’m honestly so excited for this new role. I really can’t wait! Just to be around people and have something else to focus on. The last 3 weeks have been so rough. I haven’t enjoyed it at all.
I have washed my bed sheets this morning & I'm about halfway through the housework. Just the bedrooms & bathroom to do now. And then I need to go food shopping which is always fun.
I hope you all have a lovely day x0 -
GOOD EVENING READERS!!!!
Wow. My first day at my new job was amazing! My colleagues are lovely, and funny, and kind! And I got some amazing feedback! My confidence after the last few weeks has been knocked so badly so hearing those lovely words about myself was really uplifting.
They’ve given me a laptop (thank god because my one is soooo slowwwww), an iPhone, and for 3 days a week I’ll be working from home as they can only have so many in the building at one time. So they’re already a lot more trusting then the previous employers and they’ve known me for one day!
They also believe in flexible working. I feel like I’m in a dream!
They bought us a nandos at lunchtime and it was the biggest meal I’d eaten in 3 weeks 😂 I demolished the whole thing!
I’m now trying to set up my work laptop but it isn’t going well lol. Never mind! Nothing can bring me down today ☺️4 -
That is great. Sounds fantastic, enjoy the positive atmosphere 😀 👍1
