Hi, thanks for the reply, not too familiar with quidco as only used it a few times,, but under my transactions I have the below bullet points with green circles next to them:Ed-1 said:

As as far as I was aware, they were doing their best not too. My cash back was due a week or two back, but nothing still. Quidco don't want to know. Not called tsb yet, but will do soon. Anyone been lucky?
Have you had a status update since the date your cashback tracked as this is the key to whether your cashback has been approved my TSB and is progressing through the processing system.Tracked

But the last one that says confirmed is still grey.. Does this look good or bad to you? Thanks... ;-)0 -
What date does it say here next to status update? If it's changed from the date of application then it's good news and you can expect the cashback to show as confirmed around a month later.Ucatchmydrift said:

Hi, thanks. Typically, mine shows the same date of the application, 26th march. And nothing next to the estimated payout date anymore as that has passed.Ed-1 said:

Give it more time. They won't have looked at your eligibility yet. Check 4 months after the application date to see if the status update date has changed.Ucatchmydrift said:

My claim for an account opened 21st Nov 2019 was declined twice, but after contacting Quidco support about the second decline and stating I had met the terms and conditions, they re-opened my claim, so I'll see what happens
Retired 1st July 2021.

Have you tried to contact Quidco customer services?I sent them a Facebook message 19th April "It's just processing as normal at the moment, they can take around 6 months from the date that the claim is raised so we're still in the time scales at the moment. As soon as we have any updates from the retailer we'll let you know"Sent TSB a complaint
quoting claim reference at the time of Mail Money article, TSB seem to have formed an opinion that they say it best when they say nothing at all

Having forgotten to check recently on progress of claim, I see on Quidco that it has been declined and apparently an e mail with explanation was sent back in February! I have no recollection of receiving such e mail!0
