This seems to be progressing now with another status update today. Those that had cashback confirmed in mid-April seemed to have status updates on 6th March and 6th April so fingers crossed this becomes payable soon.
Updates on 15th May and 10th June now.

    Me Too! Fingers crossed

    Mine has been declined  :'(
    Retired 1st July 2021.
    This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."

Oh no. So you finally got a status update today and it was to decline it? It looks like mine is getting confirmed as the referral link I went through has told me that they've had notification through that as I've earned more than £5 cashback our bonuses have now been confirmed.

Did you do Classic or Classic Plus and are you sure you did at least 2 transactions and paid in £500 for 3 months? If so raise a declined cashback claim.
  • my claim was also declined by TSB in may. I double checked and i actually fulfilled the criteria. Spoke with Quidco support, but they said they couldnt do anything on this occasion. As a good will, they gave me £15. So it was at least worth chasing this up again.

All's well that ends well  :* ... This day was a long time coming.

£500 in and out qualified in the end. Thanks to This Is Money and George Nixon for their intervention.

Can I ask what did you do to satisfy the two debit transactions each month? It seems unclear whether transfers between accounts will now qualify, though I realise I am bound by the previous T&Cs.

I did 4 a month and transferred £250 into the bank account 4x and then back out in 2x £500. I covered this over 5 months.
