Having forgotten to check recently on progress of claim, I see on Quidco that it has been declined and apparently an e mail with explanation was sent back in February!  I have no recollection of receiving such e mail!
When you say 'claim' do you mean a declined/missing cashback claim you raised, or the original tracked transaction? Quidco closed a lot of claims when the cashback was rolled back from declined to tracked in February.
  • Not the original tracked transaction - the subsequent clam that was submitted declined !

Morning, I just wanted to check if anyone had the same issue. Today I make my 2 regular payments of £500 to my classic and classic plus, and there’s another account - called a graduate account. I never opened that account and never recognised the account number. Not even sure what the requirements are to open one, it has of course zero balance. Oh dear this TSB, I wonder if I should bother closing it or keep it for a switch offer in the future. No wonder I got another notification for opening an account on my credit report.

Ps it also a very long time since I was graduate. I think this is a ghost account, also explains something else. So I’ll contact them.

I transferred £250x2 between my Classic and Classic Plus this morning and didn't see an account called 'Graduate' listed. Hope you get it sorted

Still waiting for mine for one opened in November last year :D
Currently has a claim open on it after being declined ... twice.
    Retired 1st July 2021.
    This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."
