I've done a couple of applications for TSB Classics over recent days - all have been successful, but none have tracked on Quidco. Is there anyone else who is experiencing similar problems? ....or indeed anyone else who's applications have resulted in tracking taking place automatically? Thanks!
Did you clean your cookies before you started the process? https://www.which.co.uk/money/money-saving-tips/making-money/cashback-sites/cashback-sites-explained-a1u580k53d46

You might be able to raise a cashback claim but for any future cashback purchases, make sure you have cleaned your cookies.

  • Thanks for the quick response Colsen.  :)
Yep - all cookies cleared before each individual application, etc. I had no probs with tracking on my first applications back in Nov 19 - which are now all paid. But none of the recent ones have tracked correctly. Did raise a cashback claim for one, but was a little dismayed to be informed that because I had raised a "claim" it would now take a minimum of 6 months to sort. I kinda wondered if this actually was the real reason why it hadn't tracked IYSWIM.

My recent ones have tracked within minutes with email notification from Quidco and then appears in my Quidco account. I resist the temptation to log in to my tsb accounts after redirection from Quidco to speed the application up but have wondered if it would still track if I did so?
When it comes to the set up internet banking details I use my existing ones but so far only one account has appeared in my internet banking which happened  three days after account opening.

I recently created a TSB account from Quidco and I had to raise a manual claim. I'm also still waiting from the TSB internet activation code.

Where does the tracking show on Quidco? I've probably failed my first attempt as I didn't clear my cookies. This is all new to me.

    In your account activity.

If it doesn't show, you need to raise a cashback claim.

I’m patient but need my accounts to appear online before month end so I can fund, make two transactions, go paperless. If I can do internal transfers between tsb accounts that saves the nightmare tsb fraud triggers trying to make payments in externaly and make immediate withdrawals that cramp ones style somewhat!

if you are using web based version then its just below Support at top right corner "You have earned", if just hover around on that you should see "Activity" drop down and there all your cashbacks are listed with its status, also sometimes it takes a while to track the cashback, read T&C at Quidco, if still it doesnt track within that time frame then raise a claim.  Once it tracks you should get the email notification.

Thank you both. It is showing as tracking in my account activity now that I have found it!
