I’m patient but need my accounts to appear online before month end so I can fund, make two transactions, go paperless. If I can do internal transfers between tsb accounts that saves the nightmare tsb fraud triggers trying to make payments in externaly and make immediate withdrawals that cramp ones style somewhat!
When I say you need to be patient, I mean you need to be P A T I E N T , sometimes for months on end.

I have never experienced any nightmare TSB fraud triggers  for making payments in externally and making immediate withdrawals, and TSB have never cramped my style in any way - - -  your mileage may vary.

The only thing I can say, from experience, is that if you comply with the terms of the offer, you have every chance of getting paid. Eeee-v-e-n-t-u-a-l-l-y. (remember it's free money, and be P A T I E N T)

Did another round and it didn't track, waited a couple of days and decided to use the form just to get it moving as early as possible.
Obviously they're learning lessons about the uptake of the TSB offer as the form now asks for sort code and account number upfront, wasn't the case last time I had to fill out one of these!

Has anyone had a payout for a TSB application which required a manual claim?
If so, please give dates of application , claim and pay date
    Thanks

Yes all tracked automatically. I suspect it is the transactions that are the problem, All done internally from my other accounts whilst logd in.

But others have confirmed internal transfers are fine. How many 'out' transactions (transfers out etc.) did you have in addition to paying in at least a total of £500?

I've no idea whether additional payments in count towards the 2 transactions if you've already paid in £500.

Also, have you had no status updates since 17th November? There's at least 3 of us in this position with November account openings that haven't budged from the original status update date. Quirkydeptless made 3 transactions each month, paying in £500 and 2 x £250 out for each of the first 3 months including the first part-month, but not the 3rd full month after account opening.

It's hard to tell whether transactions/relevant months are the issue or what. Someone else said their OH had cashback confirmed by only making 1 or 2 debit card payments over the 3 months in addition to the 2 £500 in/out transactions.
