Whether anyone has or not is rather irrelevant. The IAS almost always reject appeals, so it's highly unlikely that anyone appealing to them for this particular site will achieve any other different outcome.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes you all do. Re-read the advice already given.
has anyone appealed to the IAS?
    Of course not!

If any poster here doesn't know why not, they need to read post #3 of the NEWBIES thread.

If you are talking to the BBC, are you fully aware of the great Gladstones scam who set up the IPC/IAS ... If not please ask us

like others, got me twice in Oct-Nov, after using this as occasional drop-off & pick-up point for many yrs. I'm not paying. Now received threatening letter to say "fine" is now 130. This is a form of entrapment, and grossly unfair. Have written to the mayor some weeks back - no reply. Will now write to MP & the BBC journo. Let's stick together, I'm more than willing to go to court.
