Your credit rating cannot be touched unless you go to court, then lose & then fail to pay by the due date.
I trust everyone is drowning UKPCS in SAR's. Each invoice will attract a new SARPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA1 -
Thanks for that.
So from I understand from the advice posted on this forum I suppose should just wait for the threatening letters to come including bailiffs and do nothing untill I see something in the post for court?0 -

You won't be getting any letters from bailiffs this side of a court hearing. You might get debt collector letters, but they are not bailiff letters - please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4 which tells you all about debt collectors. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Exact same thing happened to me. I was picking the parents who are disabled badge holders. They were outside waiting for me after they were dropped off via wheelchair. I was still in the car with engine running. I must have been stationary for 1 minute literally. I appealed the ticket via the Zatappeal page and no reply regarding the appeal. Instead it was sent to Debt Recovery Plus with an extra charge. Regret doing the appeal now. :-(
My next step is a complaint letter.
Surely this is unethical and therefore not legal. Suggestions please.0 -

I am pleased to see several cases together on this thread - this is a rare issue where a group thread is working well. At court stage we may have to deal with each person separately but not right now during the pointless appeal stage then keeping ALL letters but ignoring them until court papers, if they ever come.Start your own new thread if you need help. We work on the basis of one topic/situation per thread otherwise it all gets very confusing about who is being replied to.
Coupon-mad is suggesting we keep all these cases on this one thread similar to the BountyHunter thread for Newcastle Airport, as group action might well emerge and follow. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
