Why are you continuing to post on someone else's thread? Please start your own thread and send a PM to a board guide (Crabman, Savvy or Soolin) to have your posts redirected.
But this is specifically relevant to the situation at Piccadilly Manchester and where it's been recommended that all posts pertinent to UKCPS at that site are contained on this thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hello, I received two tickets in the same location, one in November and one in December. I responded using the UKPS online appeals form and the template response suggested. Both appeals were rejected. I am unsure about what to do now. Given that so many people have been affected by this it seems that there is a need for a coordinated response. If anyone is leading on this can you get in touch with me please? Thanks0

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE
To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Ok depends on how you appealed.
Did you state that you were driving? If you have appealed and revealed you were a driver, you can either appeal to the IAS which is tough to win, or wait and see if they issue a court claim. If you haven't revealed that you were the driver, you can appeal as keeper and refuse liability.
The next steps depends on how you appealed. As stated, have a read and see what others have suggested.0 -

Thanks for your reply. I used the newbies template so didn’t reveal if I was the driver. Is there a benefit from appealing to the IAS? If so, what should I write to them?0 -

Hi all,
Was wondering whether anybody received any documents from court yet? Seems like all these incidents happened over October/November/December, so just wondering whether UKCPS is taking any action against non-payers yet (or when will they, if they will).
Also, since the charge is now £130, are they allowed to increase it any further (that's what they told my girlfriend on the phone when she called to enquire about the charge) or is this the maximum they can take us for to the court?
Thanks!0 -
I don't think anyone has been issued court papers for this site.
UKCPS can jack up the costs all they like, no one should be daft enough to pay them anything. Only a Judge can order a payment to them, but if they don't issue court papers, it's never going to happen. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
