same as everyone else has done (your case is no different to the others)

appeal using the blue text template as keeper, just to prove it arrived at the correct address and to showe that you dispute it, if it went to court (create a paper trail)

then ignore anything other than a court case (papers from the CCBC in Northampton)

only a judge can sort this mess out, in Manchester court usually

do not expect a quick resolution, it isnt going to happen

this whole thread is littered with this same advice, so you should already know the answers and what to do

One of the points of having all the incidents at this place in the same thread is that each of the victims can follow what others are doing.

That does mean that you may need to read the whole thread though, to understand what is going on.

The keeper should send the blue text template easily found in post #1 of the NEWBIES thread.

Read all the other suggestions - like complaining to the Mayor, complaining to the newspapers, etc.

Thank you to all above in taking the time to reply to me.......
I thought my case was different because of me actually having ‘stopped’ and turned the engine off - also it happened very recent so, unlike posts from November and December, maybe the ‘signs’ are much clearer now at the point of entering the road?

Anyway, if neither of these points make any difference I will follow the advise given on here and send the template letter.
    Many thanks

as the newbies faq sticky thread tells you , the circumstances rarely matter

your vehicle has been caught (entrapment)

you do not wish to pay the pcn, so you are disputing it

you use the blue text template as keeper to dispute it

    UKCPS reject your appeal

you ignore everything except court papers

where in the above does it matter about "what happened" ?
the process and rejection are the same regardless of "what happened"

I did not read "your case" because I had no need to
