Lovely update. Glad auntie is on the mend. Hope you are feeling better soon. Do you think it may be Covid?
How to tell beastie- just lie 😆 Something along the lines of how grateful you are that she has given you the best start to your business and the confidence to go it alone. We all know that you have done everything yourself despite her!0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thank you Skinty and FP
Just flu type thing, spent most of the day in bed freezing and got up this evening boiling. Hopefully that's the worst of it out the way. Nerves are calming but sciatica isn't.
If I'm feeling how I am now tomorrow I'll send new LL a message for an update.
Good choice of words, I'll pinch those thank you 🤭 may choke on them when talking!
I'm absolutely loving my career choice. I can't wait to move for the space and being able to do client friendly hours, which should allow for an increased client base, more takings etc.
I need to write terms and cancellation notice, update my pricelist, do my retail price lists, frame everything. Also need to get money in the bank.
I do appreciate your support and encouragement 😊Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -

Thank you SH
Back in a near living state now. Managed a shower to wash away the yukkyness.
Managed to catch up on some diaries and apologies if anything came across as blunt, I'd got ambushed partway through.
B snitched to B about 3rd home and the proverbial 💩 hit the fan, not what I needed or wanted to deal with at the moment. Took a few hours to pacify.
Currently sat with my feet up watching TV.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
Oh dear I'm sorry to hear that beastie found out before you had a chance to talk to her about it.
She's really only got herself to blame though hasn't she! (not that she will see it that way!) and it won't be long until your well clear of it all and living it up in 3rd home!!♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

Thanks FP
I wasn't given a heads up by now ex-frnd. Instead I barraged about relying on my money, when to replace me, hurt, sad but pleased as I've got what it takes to make a successful business alone.
Chances of another 'me' with my 'qualities' being daft enough to join, let alone stick out what I have is nil. I was the first and only to even ask 😶
Skinty the wording I adapted and choked having to apol. At least that side I was prepared for!
Why do I think it's going to be awkward and with constant questions until I relocate 😕
Got the working my notice period feel now but no end in sight, which is already adding to my stress. My IBS has flared up.
I will have to email the LL for an update.
I've so much to do and feel I've lost a week due to illness.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -

Glad you are feeling better after the flu but sorry re the IBS. I'm not surprised as you are dealing with a lot of stress. be kind to yourself. But a huge well done for having the guts to go it alone. You'll be fine. More than fineIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be.
