Weather has been sunny, heavy rain and is sunny again. I did get to use my new umbrella.

Coloured my hair first thing, got told off for having damp hair and it was tied up for me 😳

I've booked my FBM client in for another session and I can alter the routine to suit me.

Retailed a few things and I keep that money aside ready to buy more facial products to sell. I'll have to pay it in to the bank and my rent money.

Paid £6.10 in pension for today, paid £10 in last week. It's building up nicely paying 10% in.

Completed my anatomy course, 95% and passed. Way too much thinking needed for that one, but at least it's done. I'm hoping to do some more case studies tomorrow for my hot wax course.

No update on my move, perhaps next week I'll find out more. I'm getting people to follow my business page so they'll see the announcement when I put it up 🤭

Hubs made a gorgeous veg, barley and chicken soup, which we had with real bread, yummy.

Feet are well and truly up tonight.

    Thank you FP

It slid out with the rest of my brain after passing A&P! I'll print all the info and will slowly chip away so I retain it; I also cover the relevant areas when doing all the different courses but noticed some want A&P before being allowed to book.

Hubs took me to N3r0 today, I had an iced mocha, he had coffed and we both had tiramisu 😊

We then popped into m-j3st1c and I've ordered all the drinks for opening days (alcohol free wine and classy soft drinks), there's enough for clients on longer treatments, and all being delivered.

Walking back to the car I came up with the idea of 'mini spa' packages (massage, healthy snack, fruit, drink then 1 or 2 other treatments) just need to figure out the final details / viability and get hot stones booked when I pass FBM.

Remembered to order a full-size diary. The picture frames have arrived and 1K3A delivery is due Tuesday.

Did some weeding and planted bulbs in neighbour garden.

Hubs sold his bike today and handed me most of the money, I gave him some back. With beauty cash I've a month's rent for 3rd home.
    - I'll let you know when I hear more about moving 😊

I had egg fried rice, chips and curry sauce for tea.

    To do list:
    - do some more on 2nd home
    - laminate pedi certificate
    - prepare new price list
    - sort out retail price lists
    - wax underarm and b-line to submit as case studies for hot wax course
    - get products at home organised, boxed, labelled
    - do weeding in gardens

  • Sounds like it’s all coming together 😊 Loving all the updates.

Good of Tombo to give you his bike money & take you for tiramisu 😋

  • The mini spa packages sound fun! I'd definitely pay for one of those.
Look at advertising little spa packages for kids going to prom....nails, facials...whatever it is you offer, in a little package...perhaps with a mocktail! And if you have space for two get them both in at once and whilst one has something drying on their face or nails or whatever do the other one. Mums around here seem to be paying stupid amounts to salons for all sorts in the run up to prom

Thank you Skinty, DFW321 and SH

The bike was initially a 'sore' subject as it was the one I covered most of the cost and he sold it for a 3rd of what was paid 😳 however, after gifting an item we have no say in what's done with it; I shrugged it off.

The prom pamper sounds like a good idea however my business was always for the ones who don't want what the "youngsters" have eg working with their natural beauty rather than creating it. That's why I've been able to establish quickly as there's a huge gap in the market.

I will be doing "stressed parent" packages and 3rd home is going to be set up for solo visits or with helper, at most 2 people if it's brow waxing. A lot of my treatments are contraindicated where booze is concerned, hence the alcohol free purchases.

Still need to get teal towels and voile, after I've measured the window. Picked up a gorgeous white trinket plate in A1D1 yesterday, ordered glassware from 3bay.

Everything is crossed for an update this week.

I understand the natural beauty gap. I think I prefer that too.

    Thank you Skinty and DIA

This is almost a week of updates, with some tweaks based on any changes since I started writing:

No news yet, I'll send them a message to see how it's going.
    - I am nervous about telling beastie and haven't quite figured out what I'll say.

With a lot of help, a big dent was made at 2nd home. I'm hoping to get greens and herbs in tomorrow, depending on how I feel.

Had my massage appointment and she volunteered to be my consultant, support and pass on info. I'll take her up on it after both of us have moved.

Adapted the FBM routine and it naturally flowed, my model nearly fell asleep and is following when I move, as is another 🤭

We visited A&U. A has been very ill and in hosp, we were not told! Got a feeling we'll be back on our anniversary so I'm getting my thinking hat on for a nice lunch while there.
I had taken my varnishes and her spirits lifted having nail colour on.
    - phenomenal feedback, gentle, not rushing, putting her first by me moving round her, ensuring comfort. Loads of faith I'll be a big success as I've thought of, and implementing, everything possible and everything I say comes from the heart.

I am currently dealing with f1u type symptoms and all the nerves in my body are irritated, putting it mildly. Hubs has ordered total bed rest for a week 😕

I'm so proud of how far I've come and how much more I'll be able to grow over the next year.
