Your bestie doesn't sound as if she should have the title. Surely, she should be pleased for you. My close friends would be...roll on the opening :)

Wow, I thought I was up to date, but yes, I missed the shift. I am still reading beastie as bestie!

Remember to raise your prices at some point too - as I think you said that Beastie made you under-charge... You need to earn a profit, plus cost of materials and more than NMW for your time. I appreciate it's difficult at the beginning though - just don't want you to under-sell yourself.

    Thanks SH

Would you be surprised to know beastie announced my move, full location etc before I had. Things are tense and clients are picking up on it.

We dropped a load more things round to 3rd home. Just leaves what's left at existing space to move.

I will be increasing some prices and introducing other treatments when I move. I've already got multi service bookings 😊

Dozed off for a few hours and heading to bed.

Glad to hear you are increasing some prices. People expect you to charge what you are worth. Hope beastie isn’t bad mouthing you to clients behind your back. Sooner you are out of there the better

    Thank you Skinty

If course she is! While also saying to me I've picked the wrong area, not experienced to do it alone, won't cope with complaints and I should have moved in the New Year (when people can't afford these things 🥱 ).
    - positive feedback from clients / potential clients to the photos I've shown them. I'm even having an original client return to me due to what I'm now offering and being accessible.

Popped into the CS and got a few more things today, they want a poster from me to put up. I've a couple of other physical places to advertise and SM of course.

I'm going to do promo for brides / grooms.  Combo offers eg facial with nails and toes etc. I will succeed as I'm professional, trained and use the correct techniques.

Got a busy time ahead of me:
    - select certificates to display, reprint / frame them; I'm thinking hygiene, posh facial, A&P, specialised treatments
    - do nail colour display
    - update price / retail lists
    - set up remaining items
    - finish my 2 free courses
    - get a load of wording together, with images, so I can randomly post them

I'll be gardening tomorrow, subject to weather.

We had pizza for tea and my feet are up.
