Thing is you're only just starting out and have repeat business. She has limited 'range' with her snarky comments. It won't matter longer term.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Just goes to show how insecure she is if she feels the need to try to bring you down to her level.
You'll do amazing because you ignore the drama and get on with it and have a great attitude (as well as skillset obviously!)

Thank you SH, LTL and DFW321
Trust me I'm ignoring and shrugging the comments off, I've had more than my fill of them. There's always drama, it's not great for business and unprofessional.
3rd home is nearly finished, bit more organising and set up to do and I'll be ready for clients. Still need to do price lists, frame certificates etc; didn't have the energy after day job to do any of it although I wrote on an existing list what's being added / increased.
The last of my bits are arriving, including towels.
Officially, 6 days until photos taken, 10 days until live 😊
Car is back home and on the road for another year, cost just under £430.
We had soup for tea.

Thank you DIA, FP, Skinty and SH
I may have forgotten to mention about the car and just put the outcome.
Day job is kicking off again 🥱 (yawning face).
Photo meeting is delayed by a week, but she'll turn them round quickly for me when taken 😊
I'll be popping to 3rd home for the next few days, after beauty, to do more of the set up. All the admin side still to do too and I may slot that in during the day where I can.
I may be quiet while doing the final push, but will provide an update towards opening 😀Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
