    Thank you SH and Skinty

I'm still looking for premises, mainly down to the hours as I want to offer a couple of evenings and do some earlier starts too as I'm potentially losing out on employed clients. I also highly doubt what I offer uses much electricity.

Skin is healing but I may be left with dark patches. Explains why she doesn't offer it as I doubt there'd be retuners!

My weakness area is now consistently better timing, although I still prefer doing IHM and facials. I've got interest in my "posh" retail items and have set myself a deadline of end of next week to do the training.

I opted for a plum / red varnish with sparkles in it. I'll do my toes in the morning.

Popped to 2nd home after beauty, watered and nearly cleared my flower area of weeds, got nettle stings in my hand / arm and I'm not sure where my cream is.

Need £150 for rent and another 2 weeks to earn it.

Paid £10 to PB pension when I got in; I was fully booked 😉

TomBo got us pizza for tea and we're both chilling.

You sound very busy: work, second home, new business. I am tired just reading your diary  :D
It is good you have your OH to provide lovely meals so you can chill

Hope it's helping you Sleep DIA.

Hubby doesn't left me lift a finger at home, aside from gardening and occasionally switching the washing machine on; wants me to save energy to have fun and remain in work.

Had 2 clients today, and my weakness is getting much better. My 2nd client is changing from 3 wkly to fortnight for this treatment and I've organised a special price, affordable for her to maintain and a little bit more for me over the year.
    - I made a 'profit' this week, ignoring all my training and products purchases etc 🤭
    £2.10 into my pension.
£130 needed for rent in the next 2 weeks.

I've had a random idea, when my day job ends, and I'm considering renting a space for a couple of days a week to branch into another area, focusing only offering the treatments I adore. I'd get to keep my existing clients, while also making a new lot. I need to assess the viability of it.

I'm also not sure if I should set myself up as a Ltd co. It makes sense to do it in the early stages, as it's something I'd be looking to do in the future. I'm also mindful the retail side of my business could be quite large. At the same time, it's quite an expense to set up and do accounts each year; until I've used up my 'carry forward' due to initial outlay I would not be confident doing even normal accounts!

I sat in the garden and enjoyed the warmth 🌞 for an hour after getting home.

Tomorrow I'll be doing a bit of gardening, we'll be going out as there's a new frappe at McD I'm to try, some bits will be going to the tip. I'll slot in some "posh" training as I've generated a buzz about that and the retail items and I want to finish my waxing.

Your plans are ambitious. Hope it all works out for you.
Glad you sat in the garden soaking in the sun. I went for a little walk and the sun was lovely and not too hot for me.

    Thank you DIA

That was only a random one which popped in my head, I doubt I'd try and put that one into reality.
It's hard as I really do want the very local office as it would be the perfect base, but running costs are prohibitive; haven't ruled out going in with a cheeky offer in the future.
The 2nd choice (long room) building is up for sale and that feels unstable.
3rd choice, on bus route and opposite shops etc, doesn't appear to have any serviced offices available at the moment.

Did half of my "posh" course yesterday, I'll finish the rest off today even if I'm sitting in the garden. I'm really enjoying gaining all the knowledge about which product does what, more importantly as it's aromatherapy how it helps work with and treat.

Aubergine seedlings have appeared and are growing nicely, chilli seedlings are coming along. I've just split one of last years dehydrated toms and sown them; maybe nature wants me to experience the joys of other produce in the GH.

    Catch you later!

Hopefully 1st choice will accept a cheeky offer if it remains empty. Fingers crossed for the dehydrated toms 🤞

I'd avoid limited status for now as the requirements are much more onerous and I got stung by them...

    Thanks Skinty and SH

I'm still looking around as I expect it will be on the market a while, although I'm not comfortable with having a full repaired clause on an old building!
    - I am trying to make the most of my situation while looking for the right place, the not-a-room-share is becoming more like one for the days I'm present and there's other things. I am being taken advantage of.

I did my "posh" facial training, need to laminate my certificate and the others I've not done yet.

2 tom seedlings have popped up from my first batch.

If the weather is ok I'll be at 2nd home in the morn, do some training, have my chiro appointment, a rest and a spot of gardening.

Good news that the toms have finally popped up. Hope you had a good day yesterday.

    What’s a full repaired clause?

    Thanks Skinty

Should have read "repairing", I'd be responsible for all repairs, which could get very expensive.

I had a fantastic day. Was at 2nd home for about 5 hours, had time for a quick shower before heading off to the chiro (more is damaged than I realised!), grabbed lunch on the way and only ate the peri peri fries; had the peri chicken and rice for lunch today. Weeded the garden when I got home and didn't sleep again last night.

Spent today dealing with a few silly queries, if the people looked they could have answered their own problems. Finally got to do some of my work and that was my day, aside from checking the job page.
