    Thank you DIA

We had a fantastic time, TomBo took up lunch and SIL the cake. MIL said it's the best cake day she's had 🥰 totally spoilt her with gifts too. We had a really good catch up, she's so understanding, pleased the beauty is going well and happy to hear I've reduced my day job hours.

Think I'm in the recovery phase, got 2 more massage and 1 chiro appointment left and then I'll reassess. However, at that point my new hours will begin and stress levels should reduce by a quarter 😉

We've got our feet up and watching films.

    Mini financial update, I'm paying:

£300pm into a 7% regular saver. Matures in the New Year and will get paid off the mortgage.
    - current outstanding mortgage £48,398, monthly contractual payment reduces it by £180 ish and to meet the annual 10% allowable O/P I'll pay some each month too.
    - still aiming to clear it by 31/12/2026.

Varies pm into savings, incl using the round up feature on one account.

    £10pm to S&S ISA.

£25pm to V pension, plus t-x man amount on top.

£131, so far, into P pension since opening. I put 10% of my beauty money in incl tips; this week was £6. Plus t-x man amount on top.

5.5% of day job income into DB pension when hours reduce, plus company amount.

    Thank you Skinty and DIA

It is, they all welcomed me from the start. I ordered MIL 'smalls' and getting them delivered directly to her, with a few other things; placed a further order for me as they're so comfortable.

I'm hoping my 'clear mortgage plan' works out. Provided it's gone this decade I'd be happy, as that would be 10 years from starting it.

Been sowing seeds, repotting seedings and grew a nice slab of ginger, re-potted some baby ginger bits which had sprouted and trying turmeric. Stopped raining long enough for me to sow fattened up sweetcorn.

Resting with my feet up, taken first pain meds of the day 🙈 had roast chicken, carrots, giant couscous with spinach for tea.

Keep up posted about turmeric. Growing your own would be fab. All sounding good.

I will DIA, it's quicker than ginger (9m compared to 2yrs).

I'm hoping the courgettes don't outgrow their new pots as it's a couple of weeks before I've a dedicated 2nd home / gardening day.

Been monitoring the underarm waxed by beastie and can see where skin has been ripped off the parts that don't have hair to begin with, and other sections where scabs are forming. Thankfully it's only a little tender now; I'll have to be super careful when it's time to do it again. There's no issues with the side I did, the right way.

I've ordered retail supplies as I'll be introducing my 'posh' facials soon, also some wax retail products are on the way too.

Just waiting on 2 pairs of sandals as all my summer clothes have arrived.

There's no holding the courgettes back, they're growing perm leaves.
I'll have to transplant the okra soon, but hopefully that will be straight outside.
No sign of tom seedlings yet, very unusual.
I need to get A1D1 compost for the GH pots and ensure they're ready to go.

Pea, carrot and sweetcorn seedlings have grown outside. I'll check later if salad and 'snips are appearing too.

My miracle pears are getting bigger by the day. Must be some growing in the community garden for mine to have formed.

All my clothes and sandals have arrived; very pleased with them all. I'm expecting one more retail package later.

Apparently, I'm now good enough with my weakness treatment to charge full price. I'm not ready to introduce my Sh3ll-c range yet but have told people I do it 😉
    - I'll do my nails later, have to decide what colour.

Had impromptu time off and I'm tucked up in bed, not slept yet. If I can grab a few hours sleep I may have the energy to do my "posh" facial training and introduce those, and the retail.

Good that you are doing well on the beauty side. Have a serviced office where you have more control sounds a logical step forward when you are ready.

Sorry about the scabs and missing skin. Sounds horrid. Hope you recover quickly.

    Your financials are looking amazing.

Fruit and veg sound like they are doing well. Shame about the toms.

What colour did you decide on for your nails?
