I echo everyone else's comments to go gently. The work you are doing is like a degree and to do that in the evenings as well as working is really difficult. It is ok for a month or too but not for any longer so well done as your health comes first. The cooking sounds lovely.

Well done on not sharing with B1 as they all know what B2 is like, it is that business's worst kept secret. I hope you are enjoying today.

    Thanks SH, Skinty and SW

They're so versatile and make up most of my evening meals. I've enjoyed cooking but still can't stand up long enough to do much else yet.

I could delay the exam, but want to push on for the next month or so. If this job doesn't get extended I may have another few months off so I would be ready for the exam in January.

I'm also conscious there's 3 years 5 months for me to get 4 modules done and passed. There's only 2 exam sittings a year, so it's tight, let alone delaying taking an exam as I'll have to double up courses and exams.

    Thank you DIA

I've been very kind to myself today! Shaved my legs, managed a shower and shouted cooking instructions through to the kitchen.

I had no alternative but to rest.

It was gf apple crumble for tea and pudding 😀

    Thanks SH and SW

More TOIL earned, but I'd sooner get out on time. Don't know if my training is complete and I'm let loose or whether I'm having more, not got a clue what I'm doing all week as I wasn't told 🤨

Had crumble for tea, it's all gone now ☹️

Got my feet up and watching TV.

    Thanks SW

I've been let loose but was repeatedly told I needed to build confidence. Nope, I'm working more efficiently without someone looking over my shoulder, prodding my screen and constantly telling me what to say / do. I learn by doing the job, not being constantly talked at.

For a first solo day I've complex cases to deal with, but just got on with it. I'm noticed as being a strong team member, methodical and putting people at ease so they open up. I even suggested what work I should be doing to help the wider team and it's been agreed. Worst part is, they're now talking about long-term prospects and progression.

Seriously, with my background if I didn't get to grips with it after the first hour today, I would have hung my head in shame, quit my course and gave up all hope of returning to my previous career! They honestly still don't understand how massively underutilised I am in this job 😉
    - arrogant, just a little.
    - underestimated, a lot.

At least the day went faster.

My sleep is still messed up, but hopefully that will settle a bit now I'm fully WaH, aside from a couple of office hours every now and again.

I took this evening off from studying and have a feeling the next few weeks will just be weekends and annual leave days off I do it. Still got a while before the module officially starts.

Moved money from my holding account ready for the bills to fly out in a couple of days.
