Sorry to hear you are still struggling so much with pain and mobility.
Glad the tutor is easy to talk to. It helps.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks Skinty and SH
Upper body pain is more restrictive doing everyday things, personal care is a no go and it stops me thinking coherently; I'll start a sentence but totally forget words, even basic ones. (I know, I should write this down as it will aid my P1P application!!)
- I've got some dominant side movement when the t3ns machine is on, a few seconds after the timer runs out I've lost it again.
With bad mobility at least I can watch TV, mess about online, think straight, even at a struggle wipe my own ar$3 🤣
I'm an absolute basket case when both are really bad.
Tutor is fantastic ☺️ and from what I've seen has put so much time into writing lessons, previous tutors just copied the book wording, put it into slideshows, giving that as a handout and reading it out in the lesson, with an occasional extra few words.
I've only had a glance at the modules I want to do, but there's loads of mock exams throughout to self-test our knowledge and tutor marked mocks. At least 3 handout booklets plus a copy of the slideshow for each lesson. There's so much to print off and go through, almost everything we all need to successfully complete the course, aside from one recommended book to take in to the exams; it's just down to us to learn and apply it all on the day and hope we've done enough.
I did try to get S1 finished, but thought fresh eyes and a new day was needed.

Had my day out and feel refreshed, sea air, sun and a good catch up. Did a lot more walking than I planned, but I'll be taking it easy the rest of this week.
I picked up 2 suit skirts £4.49 each and a really nice suit jacket £7.99. I also got 2 pretty summer scarves under £3 and a handbag £4.99. Found gifts for TomBo and one my mate £7; I'd already purchased one and she was over the moon with both of them.
I'll sort through my existing gear and add it to the charity bag as they're a size 18, my new skirts are a 14 😃
- weighed myself this morning and I've lost 1lb.
I did treat my mate to a late lunch, as a belated cake day gift. We had tapas and very full bellies waddling out afterwards; food and drink £54.
Bit of an indulgent day, but I've not really done anything over the last few years.
Just discussing t1p t0ps and jubb!y with TomBo, it's been an off / on conversation over the last week. The one who starts the debate often resorts to finding a photo to show what we're talking about, so the other can then say what they know it as.
I've not done any studying today, but will be back on track tomorrow; I'll only stop when the new furniture arrives.

Glad you had a treat day. We all need those from time to time. Congrats on getting into size 14s. That's still a distant dream for me...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks Skinty and SH
It really was a good day! When I first parked up and messaged TomBo to say I'd arrived, his reply was 'I bet you sang all the way'.
I'd put my 16 jeans on and they were big, so when I found 2x 14 skirts I thought they were worth a try. There's enough space for me to move around, eat, fill up on water etc, but I know I'm not a size 12 until I get to 12st.
The jacket is a 12, I can just about do it up, but it looks nicer undone due to the style; I've obviously lost a bit from the twin peaks too 🤭
SH, you're doing well with your weightloss, it's steady and the dress sizes will begin to follow.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Feeling refreshed and relaxed this morning, definitely did me a world of good.
I've procrastinated a bit today, had to move things around in the lounge ready for the delivery. TomBo will break the old sofa down when on his tea break.
I've got some washing on.
I have a window open, it's a lot cooler today as it's been raining for a while. Garden needs it!
I'm attempting some studying but with one ear on outside to listen for the delivery van arriving; I'll focus better after they've been and get stuck in.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -

It's been delivered Skinty!
Both are in place. The room feels classy and more in-keeping with the flat.
The sofa is definitely leather, I can smell it and have looked up the brand.
The armchair is an import from G3rmany, has the import label on it, but I've not yet found a makers mark to look up.
I've added a bit to my work, but need to stop getting distracted 🙈 I'm also wanting food.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
