I am done SH, didn't end too well. The only time a D spoke to me was having a go over something I didn't even do, someone else attempted to cover their tracks over the part they were involved in. Needless to say I slipped away quietly.
I managed to pee TomBo and others off. It's been a bit of a 💩 day with everything I've touched turning to 💩 I've been fighting back the tears for hours and I may just go off and let the floodgates open; better out than in.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
I am so sorry to hear about your day. What a relief you will never need to be in that toxic environment again. Things will get better. Just have a good cry if you need to. Tomorrow is a brand new day full of positivity and potential so try to relax and I’m sure today will soon be a distant memory.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Sending you gentle (((hugs))) Today is the start of something good. XXXX
I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy3 -
Thanks Skinty and Chrystal
I dropped my car off this morning and tried to walk to the beach, but it was too far especially when I thought about where the shop and bus stop was on top of that.
- I'm definitely going to struggle doing the parade walk Saturday.
Went to the healthy shop, spent a few hours in there and the owner bagged everything I was picking out. Got some things I can only normally buy online and others I had only read about. The owner and I had plenty to talk about; oddly enough we both had the same career, didn't previously live too far from each other and became jaded for similar reasons. Spent just under £41.
- I'll sort tubs and jars in a bit and get it all in the pantry.
My bag had arrived and it's perfect, the top I've opened a return as it's nothing like the photo and only fit for a small child.
I'm resting on the sofa, waiting to hear what was wrong with my car and how much it's cost to fix it. I asked them to do oil and filter change while they have it and explained I'm no longer doing high mileage.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
Glad you are out of there. Hopefully you can now recuperate. I'm sure Tombo will / has forgiven you by now.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thank you SH, feels odd not working but it's only a short while. With snapped couple of words, we never air it again after its happened as it's always daft things. Yesterday was about me filling water tubs to take to the garden and not saying the weekend so he could do it. Yet today I grabbed the filled ones, took them down and nothing was said.
I've registered for my module, not long until I start that 😀
I called the garage, it was one wheel bearing that had gone, nothing else wrong. Collecting it tomorrow and find out the price in the morning. I've done a rough estimate, based on parts and a higher labour cost due to the last few years with my other car, let's see how far off I am with thinking less than £250 for repair, MOT and oil change.
I'll pop to the healthy shop on the way as TomBo has asked for some things I mentioned they stocked. I did tell him to look at their site yesterday 🤭
I watered the garden. Sadly some of my spinach has started to bolt as I've probably not been watering enough; I'll sow more tomorrow. The same happened with some of my onions, I increased the water and it seems to have prevented others following suit. Picking a few strawbs each day, slightly under-ripe and the following day they're red as anything and waiting to be eaten 😊
My indoor chilli plants are budding.
SIL has claimed a day with me next week. I've started sorting her some goodies. The rest of next week I'll be getting my desk organised, and everything I've previously mentioned (no DIY), but slowly chipping away at it. I'll add some cooking / baking into the mix as I need lunches, I only had a bit of fruit late and a small tea today (rice noodles with a bit of stir fry veg).

Hope the car is within budget 🤞
Is there a mobility shop near where the parade is taking place? Maybe you could hire a small scooter?0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thanks Skinty, there will be loads of people and I wouldn't like to try one for the first time at an event like this.
I'll have to strap various body parts and hope they don't fail on me. I may use two walking sticks and expect to be at the back before I know it.
In a way, today (yesterday) was a bit of a test; see how far I can go without stopping, how quickly I end up slowing down and how soon I realised I can't get to where I wanted as no amount of determination was powering me.
All I can do is hope I've even more drive and a lot stolen energy from everyone else and the atmosphere.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Got my car back, just under £200 for parts, labour and MOT, he forgot to do the oil change.
- they appreciated the biscuits.
I'll be going back to get that done and he'll get the guy next to him to sort my aircon out. I will pop over in over the next week or so.
- money from the car pot to cover what's been done, with enough for the oil, aircon and car insurance, with leftovers towards building the pot back up 😀
Popped to the healthy shop, got some free stuff and grabbed some spices, puy lentils, chocolate buttons, loofah and the tea I left yesterday 🤭 spent £25.
- we won't need anything for a few months.
Went to T, grabbed salad stuff, greens, carrots, watermelon, gf and normal rolls, plant burgers, vegan 'feta' and hummus. Spent £18.32.
I've got my feet up, supping cold cherry p3psi and reading the free T mag 😊
