    Thank you Skinty and SH
Head still hurting and legs went to jelly walking up the stairs when we got home!

The day was great, water, mountains and sunshine, what more could a girl want 😊

Filled up at £171.9 on the way out, washed the car and filled the tyres, stopped for a mcD raspberry ripple frappe, TomBo had a coffee.

We went to the Chinese supermarket and filled a few bags. I've stocked up on rice noodles, katsu curry paste, regular curry powder and a bottle of Malaysian chilli sauce. TomBo grabbed noodles, veg, pickles and other things.

Lunch was a homemade tomato sauce with pasta. We left with a car full of gardening books, tools and other bits for the garden. I'll get MIL a thank you voucher when I'm paid in my new job, but she loved her tom plants.

Filled up again on the way back, £166.9.

I've managed to make a soup base, TomBo is doing the rest. We're having Chinese veg and noodle broth for tea.

It will be feet up and TV for the rest of the evening. I'll catch up with everyone tomorrow ☺️

Thanks Skinty, I'm so pleased to finally get a bottle of my fave chilli sauce again!

I've just sown some daikon (big Chinese white radish) in propagators, I'll get a few on the go outside, with more carrots and a spot of weeding. I must pot up the chilli plants and see what else I've got for the girls.

First I've got to pop to SILs, drop some stuff off and pop to T on the way back.

It's nice weather this morning, will cool off a bit later, hopefully the relaxing fresh air will shift my head.

I've sown daikon in the garden and some in pots; I can take some to the girls the weekend, together with everything else I've organised for them.

My celeriac is growing, some spud plants are forming flowers and I've transplanted a few herbs into bigger pots while deciding where they will go. Gave everything a good water and harvested a bit.
    - Hopefully my spuds will produce some baking sized ones for when I'm WAH.

Looks like we are vegi again, TomBo walked straight down the middle of the meat isle without even looking 🤭 suits me as I was a vegi, just decided to go vegan, when we got together.

Picked up loads of veg, some fruit and dairy. TomBo grabbed treats and extra ingredients. I grabbed GF stuff and some frozen soya mince as I've wanted vegan keema and peas for months. Got cat food too. Spent £32.

I've dug out my recipe books and picked a few nice ones out to try. I just need to get some dried soya mince, various dried beans and better rice noodles then I'll be back cooking my vegan chilli, bean chilli, curries, stir fry and everything else I used to do 😃
    - I'll have a quick look online and see if the shop I used to visit when living in the city has what I want.

My feet are up for the rest of today and head appears back to normal 😎

Had a look at the shop and order has been placed. Nuts, pulses and beans to share. GF flour, falafel, TVP and other things for me. TomBo asked for things he likes. That will last us until the end of June. Cost just over £49 and free delivery.
    - Pantry has been organised.

Works out better having it sent than driving over, catching the tram, doing the shop, back on the tram and driving back home.

I can almost taste the 6 bean chilli and rice, falafel wraps with mayo, the homemade banana and nut cake and I everything else I enjoy making  😃

    Thank you DIA

It's time I started properly looking after myself, the recent tummy upset was a stark reminder that the inside matters.

My outside matter too. I've been using B-Sh0p olive shower gel and I'm noticing a difference.

I am looking forward to my new role, hopefully I'll get a start date soon. Everyone I'm telling about the position, are saying I will be really good at it and enjoy it and they will be right.

    Thanks Skinty!

OH apt went really well, I'm fit to work and just have to say what adjustments I want, including permanent home/office days and equipment. Was also told they cover a few physio apts as part of the benefits package; will come in handy if my health quickly declines. She explained it was all about helping me into the job and supporting me with everything from the beginning and beyond. Total contrast from previous experiences.
    - Just waiting on my unconditional offer and start date 😃
    - I'm still assuming I'll be put on the bottom of my banding.

I'll have enough money to see me through to the end of August, without dipping into savings.

TomBo wants me to rest between roles and not temp. If there is a few months I'll be knuckling down to clear course one.

It's rained a lot today, no watering of the garden required, although the sun has now come out.

Fantastic news about OH apt and some physio being covered by benefits package. It’s amazing what a difference the support can make to your working day 🤗
