Thanks SH, LW2G and Skinty
The views were amazing and I took a few videos.
I'm hoping to begin my new growing season this weekend, sharing laughter, struggles and successes with you. Gaining strength to get through another working week, releasing the stress as seedlings turn into food and beautiful flowers.
For now I'll keep this job, when the estate is dealt with and that stress gone, I'll look for a new role.
We had spag bol for tea, chocolate biscuits for pudding.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
My seeds arrived today, I'll be sowing them the weekend and if the weather is ok getting the other lot of onions outside.
I've checked my online CT account, they've deducted the £150 'grant' straight off my account. The 1st payment is just under £133, the remaining 9 months are £124 each.
There's 10 months left on the CF. The original term was 36 months and it's looking like I'll clear it within 9 months of getting the car 🤭
We're having chilli and rice for tea.

Thanks Atrixa and LW2G
It's been a monster debt clearing push with the CF and CC. I'd originally planned to have the CF cleared by the NY, but obviously the CC debt appeared just before Christmas; at some point this year I get that back from the estate and will put it into savings.
Using the CGH timer and switching the morning one off for the weekends has made a huge difference to my utility bills, just paid £76.73 for the month. I'll play with the timer again the weekend to alter the off / on buttons and reduce a little more of the usage.
- I'll be submitting readings before the end of this month as I'll be paying on the last of the lower rates.
- It will also mean I'm switching the bills to appearing after payday each month and not earmarking the money, making budgeting a lot easier.
I've tweaked my budget spreadsheet to account for the confirmed CT amount.

Great savings on the heating. It’s surprising what savings you can make with a few tweaks 🤗
