    Thanks Skinty
It's never been a good environment, I've only ever mentioned the nice parts to avoid it being a daily rant! I've a day to put together an induction pack, figure out training / prepare it and prepare a schedule for a temporary new start.
    - as before I'm grabbing the experience to go with my previous lot.

We've not discussed the driving, but TomBo will probably do it, he always does this run.

Sending you (((hugss))) and hoping that you can sort things out as quickly as possible.  You don't need that kind of sh*t at work.  You've got enough to deal with on a daily basis as it is, with your health.  (Wish I had a magic wand!)  XX

    Thanks SH and Chrystal

I called a meeting and a very open conversation, that possibly got relayed to the others as I had a quiet day, people were polite and I was left to get on with everything. I'll be having another meeting to finish the talk next week.

It's a shame as it could be a good place and I was taken on to turn it around.

The head director values my input and has started passing some of that role on to me, as I was originally told would happen. I am seeing change with them.

The other directors need to go or change their ways.

I've not fully given up on it. So far I've vastly improved three roles, all working together, streamlined and taken responsibility; I'm working on a fourth to bring it into the fold, improve and streamline.

Anyhow, it's Friday and I'm working my way through L0st K1ngd0m as a refresher for the new series.

Had tomato soup and chia seed bread for tea.

Looking forward to going up north tomorrow 😃

Had a dream I was eating a m-gnum ice cream, must be a sign the better weather is coming 😃

Today is blue sky and sunshine is filled the flat.

TomBo has been for a run, filled the car (£1.50 a litre!), presented me with a bunch of carnations and is very proud of himself for listening when I said they're my fave for home.

CF has had the interest rebate applied this morning, it's coming down nicely and the contractual payment has reduced again. TomBo asked yesterday what the balance was and was shocked at how much has been paid off in a relatively short space of time.
    - you'd think he would have learned by now from my debt busting days, or when I was saving the mortgage deposit, or making inroads with the mortgage O/Ps that nothing stops me when I've set my mind to it.

We're taking MIL a vase, flowers and chocolate.

Well done on the CF repayments! I'm sorry the job hasn't worked out how you'd hoped. I'm sure it'll either calm down enough for it to be tolerable eventually or you'll find something better.

Enjoy the lovely sunshine on your trip, we haven't seen enough of it lately!

Thank you SH, they whole package was refreshing, snow capped 'mountains', lots of water, blue skies and good company. I couldn't have had for a better day out.

I woke early and got up, faffed around on the sofa, before having coffee.

Think I've turned a corner with leaving my winter health behind for 6 months. We have all the windows open.

    I've filled my car £32.01.
    Done the shopping £49.91.
Got fluffy boot style slippers reduced to £8.
Picked up the usual chicken, beef, sausage, fish fingers, wraps, veg, yoghurt, milk, cheese, soups, pop etc.
The usual breakfast, lunch and snacks for work.
    Some cleaning products.
Home treats are chocolate biscuits, honey Greek style yoghurt, fruit and nut bread.
I had a fully trolley and TomBo got it up to the flat from the car.

TomBo is currently making chilli con carne, spag bol and roasting chicken while preparing the other chicken for wraps.
    - he's given me some dried chilli seeds to try and grow. I'll start some off on damp tissue in a bit and the rest in compost next weekend.

I'll be having shaving my legs and having a shower in a bit, aside from that nothing else planned.
